On March 28th, 2016, after competition with the other design companies in Central China, CEC has won the Bidding of the Feasibility Study of Newly-build Anyang-Linzhou Unban Area Railway, the Contract price is 9.66 Million. This contract means CEC has got the new improvement in the Central China market and lays a strength foundation for promote the market in Central China area.

The total length of the newly-build Anyang-Linzhou unban area railway is 97.268 KM with the investment of 10.32 Billion. Now the railway projects in the Central China area participated by CEC including Zhengzhou-Jiaozuo interurban railway and Zhengzhou-Airport interurban railway have already operated, the Zhengzhou Airport-Zhengzhou South Station inter urban is under construction and the Zhengzhou-Jinan High-speed railway (Henan section) is in the design stage.
